The dump room is one of the types of truck rooms that are used to transport building materials such as gravel, sand, cement, soil, etc. These rooms have a hydraulic jack that is used to unload the load.
The dump room production line consists of different stages, which we mention below:
- Sheet cutting: In this step, the steel sheets are cut into the required pieces using a cutting machine.
- Sheet bending: In this step, steel sheet parts are bent into the desired shape using a bending machine.
- Assembly: In this step, the bent parts are joined together using welding.
- Painting: At this stage, the dump room is painted using special colors.
In the following, we will examine each of these steps in detail.
Sprinkle paper
At this stage, the steel sheets are cut into the required pieces using a cutting machine. The steel sheets used in the dump room are usually made of st37 or st52 steel. The thickness of these sheets is usually from 5 to 8 mm.
The cutting device used in this step is usually guillotine type. These machines have very sharp blades that can cut steel sheets with high accuracy and speed.
sheet bending
In this manual bending step, the operator bends the steel sheet using a lever.
In this automatic bending step, the steel sheet is bent by a mold.
In this step, the pieces of steel sheets are bent into the desired shape using a bending machine.
The bending machine can bend sheet parts manually or automatically.
Assembly
Bending of steel sheets in the dump is usually done using an automatic bending machine. These machines have higher accuracy and speed than manual bending machines.
In this step, the bent parts are connected to each other using welding. The welding used in this step is usually CO2 welding.
CO2 welding is an electric welding method in which CO2 gas is used as a shielding gas. This welding method has high speed and accuracy and is very suitable for welding steel sheets.
The welding of dump parts is usually done by an automatic CO2 welding machine. These devices have higher accuracy and speed than manual welding devices.
coloring
At this stage, the dump room is painted using special colors. The paints used in the dump are usually industrial paints that have high resistance to wear and impact.
Painting the dump room is usually done in two stages. In the first step, the dump chamber is painted using a primer. The primer increases the adhesion of the main color to the surface of the unloading chamber. In the second step, the dump room is painted using the original color.
The painting of the dump room is usually done by automatic painting machines. These devices have higher accuracy and speed than manual painting.
The dump room production line consists of different stages, in each of these stages, accuracy and high quality are very important. The dump room is an important device in the construction materials transportation industry, and its quality has a direct impact on the safety and efficiency of these devices.
